The Home Depot

I recently visited this location of Home Depot because I was near the area and this place was on my way, so I decided to drop by when I remembered that I needed tools and other stuff that was available inside. There is ample parking. The place is busy, and I find my way around. It is clean. It is also easy to locate anything because everything is well-organized according to their use, with big names written above. What I like about this place is that everything is available when it comes to tools, supplies, appliances, and the like. I did not really get the chance to explore the whole place because I went to the checkout right after I found and got everything that I wanted to buy. The checkout was super busy, and there was a long line. I was just glad that when it was my turn, it was quick and easy since I did not buy a lot. So far, the tools that I bought are still in good condition, as new, and they are definitely of good quality. I considered it one of the useful purchases I made at Home Depot, and it was also reasonable.

I recently had an experience at this Home Depot location that left me feeling quite disappointed. Unfortunately, a mix-up with the shipping location and delivery date occurred, which ultimately led to a rather exhausting evening. I found myself on the phone until 10 pm, reaching out to two other Home Depots in an attempt to resolve the situation. It became necessary to cancel orders, request refunds, and place new orders for in-store pick-up. As a loyal customer, I value the convenience that comes with the delivery option. However, my recent experience has left me questioning its reliability. I believe it's essential for the store's management to ensure that such mishaps don't become a regular occurrence, as it can be quite inconvenient for customers like myself who rely on Home Depot for quality service. I hope that my feedback can contribute to improvements in the future, and I trust that the owners of this location will take steps to address these issues. If I could leave 0/5 I would. Went in with the intention to buy over 3 brand new appliances. Employees were rude (especially an older woman in the appliance section) less than helpful and acted like WE were an inconvenience to ask them questions about Home Depot promotion- which they were uneducated about. Would not recommend. Visit Menards, Lowe’s or Amazon. Employees need service customer service training. We’ll gladly be taking our $5,000 purchase to Menards today. Awful experience.

Every time my wife and I go there everyone is nice and helpful....everyone is still nice I only edit because we stopped in to by a water filter. In the water filter section not one we needed was to be found. Completely empty for GE... but 25 other types. I was getting ready to go to the other place down the street. I could not find anyone in that large department to help me. Then I chose to look all over... then I found an end cap completely in a spot that was out of place. The person that thought to do this is well let us say not running on all cylinders. Wow I almost went down the street because someone at The Home Depot chose to do something really , I have to say it( Dumb) there I said it. That's all.
